The Boy Scout must be a senior in high school. They must epitomize the best in Scouting Spirit as evidenced by personal, scout, school and church records by affidavit. The application must be certified by Post, County, District, or Division Boy Scout Chairman. Applicants must provide the additional information requested on the attached Nominating Sheet.
