Eligible students must be enrolled full-time at any accredited public or private nonprofit Title IV postsecondary institution in the United States. Financial need is considered, and applicants must submit the FAFSA or ORSAA. Non-Oregon residents who neither reside in Oregon nor list an Oregon institution on their FAFSA must upload pages 1 and 2 of their FAFSA Submission Summary to ensure eligibility. The scholarship is automatically renewable for students who continue to meet renewal criteria. February 15 is the early bird deadline and March 1 is the final deadline for all applications and materials to be submitted to OSAC. Please visit the scholarship's website or contact the Oregon Office of Student Access and Completion for more information.
