1st Financial Bank USA wants to celebrate those who recognize the importance of pursuing educational and financial goals with the 1st Financial Bank USA Financial Goals Scholarship.
The Oregon State Fiscal Association Scholarship offers financial assistance to members of the Oregon State Fiscal Association and their dependents pursuing higher education at Oregon public or nonprofit institutions. Members must be enrolled at least half-time in programs related to economics, finance, public administration, or similar fields, while their children may pursue any major but must be enrolled full-time. Applicants must demonstrate financial need through the FAFSA and be U.S. citizens or eligible non-citizens. The scholarship is renewable annually for up to four years. February 15 is the early bird deadline and March 1 is the final deadline for all applications and materials to be submitted to OSAC.
