1st Financial Bank USA wants to celebrate those who recognize the importance of pursuing educational and financial goals with the 1st Financial Bank USA Financial Goals Scholarship.
The West Virginia Higher Education Grant is a need-based financial aid program designed to ensure West Virginia students with financial need are given an opportunity to pursue post-secondary education. Applicants must be a high school graduate or have earned a high school equivalency diploma. Applicants must enroll at a participating institution in West Virginia or Pennsylvania and must have not previously met the requirements for a bachelor's degree.
