The Ray Kageler Scholarship is a one-time award for full-time graduate students who are members of an Oregon credit union and enrolled at any Title IV-eligible public or nonprofit four-year institution in the United States. Financial need is considered and requires submission of the FAFSA or ORSAA, with non-Oregon residents who do not list an Oregon institution on their FAFSA required to upload Pages 1 and 2 of their FAFSA Submission Summary for consideration. February 15 is the early bird deadline and March 1 is the final deadline for all applications and materials to be submitted to OSAC.
