Thomas F. Seay believed in the power of the mind. This scholarship was established in his name to enhance the minds of qualified candidates pursuing a career in real estate through education. Candidates pursuing a career in real estate who are attending any college or university in the United States. Applicants must submit two letters of recommendation. It is preferred, but not required, that one of these letters be from a realtor. These references may be included with the application or may be sent directly to the Foundation.
