The Glenn Jackson Scholars Scholarship supports dependents of employees or retirees of the Oregon Department of Transportation or Parks and Recreation Department. Eligible employees must have completed at least three years of service with their department as of the March scholarship deadline. Preference is given to graduating high school seniors attending public or nonprofit colleges. Financial need is required and determined via FAFSA. February 15 is the early bird deadline and March 1 is the final deadline for all applications and materials to be submitted to OSAC.
