The Roger W. Emmons Memorial Scholarship will be awarded to students who must be children or grandchildren of owners or employees (employed 3 or more years) of companies which are regular members of the Oregon Refuse and Recycling Association (ORRA). This scholarship is open to all majors, including students pursuing a CTE (Career and Technical Education) major. Students may attend any 1-, 2- or 4-year, public or private, nonprofit or for-profit, or accredited vocational/trade, Title IV postsecondary school in the United States. This scholarship is automatically renewable if renewal criteria are met. February 15 is the Early Bird deadline and March 1 is the final deadline for all materials to be submitted to OSAC.
