The Roger W. Emmons Memorial Scholarship supports full-time students who are children or grandchildren of owners or employees affiliated with the Oregon Refuse and Recycling Association. Eligible employees must be regular members and have at least three years of employment. Oregon residency is not required, and financial need is not considered. Also, the FAFSA or ORSAA filing is not required. The scholarship is automatically renewable for recipients who continue to meet renewal criteria. February 15 is the early bird deadline and March 1 is the final deadline for all applications and materials to be submitted to OSAC.
