The Jerome B. Steinbach Scholarship is open to students who are U.S. citizens by birth and will enroll as college sophomores or above in undergraduate study for the fall term. U.S. Bank employees, their children, and close relatives are not eligible to apply. Applicants must also specify their state of birth. February 15 is the early bird deadline and March 1 is the final deadline for all applications and materials to be submitted to OSAC.
