The Bertha P. Singer Scholarship is available for nursing majors who will enroll in the fall term as at least second-year students in a nursing program, and U.S. Bank employees, their children, and close relatives are not eligible to apply. Applicants must submit documentation of enrollment in a nursing program, either a letter from the nursing department or a letter of acceptance, as transcripts alone are not sufficient proof. February 15 is the early bird deadline and March 1 is the final deadline for all applications and materials to be submitted to OSAC.
