The Edmond A. Metzger Scholarship will be awarded to those with active Amateur Radio License Class. Students in the bachelor's degree or higher in electrical engineering are eligible. The applicant must be holding an amateur radio license for at least one year. Transcripts must include all semesters for which grades have been awarded.
