The JCS Rose S. Zetzer Scholarship is awarded to Jewish women who are residents of the Baltimore metropolitan area, the children of a single parent, and pursuing undergraduate study at an accredited U.S. institution. To be eligible, a student must plan to attend an accredited college, university, or community college in the upcoming academic year.
