The Cynthia & Nathaniel Simmons Memorial Scholarship will be awarded to a student who is a graduating high school senior of either Milford High School or Cape Henlopen High School planning to attend an accredited institution. Applicants must graduate with at least a 3.0 GPA. Applicants must identify all or in part as Black/African-American, Hispanic/Latino, Native American, Alaskan Native, Native Hawaiian/Pacific Islander, Filipino, Vietnamese or Hmong.
