The Ruby Billups Standard of Excellence Endowed Scholarship is available to undergraduate students with a minimum GPA of 3.0 on a 4.0 grading scale. Applicants must be female, first-generation college students, with a preference for education majors. They must be enrolled at GSU and in good standing.
