1st Financial Bank USA wants to celebrate those who recognize the importance of pursuing educational and financial goals with the 1st Financial Bank USA Financial Goals Scholarship.
The Esther and Charles Mlynek Scholarship prioritizes collegian members of Eta Iota chapter at the University of San Diego who are pursuing undergraduate degrees during the award year. If no eligible undergraduate applicants from Eta Iota apply, the scholarship may be awarded to senior collegians or alumnae of Eta Iota pursuing graduate study. If still unmet, it may be extended to any collegian or alumna member of the Fraternity pursuing undergraduate or graduate study. In the event Eta Iota is disestablished, preference remains for its members who meet the Foundation's general scholarship criteria; if none qualify, the award may go to any eligible Fraternity member under those same criteria. To be eligible for Theta Foundation scholarships, you must be a college or alumna member of Kappa Alpha Theta in good standing with the Fraternity.
