The Dave Nelsen Student Certification Scholarship will be awarded to technical students seeking certifications for qualifying education up to a maximum of $2,000. Students must apply for the scholarship a minimum of two weeks and a maximum of three months before the start of the class. The course must prepare the student to enter the field of HVAC, propane or oil. The applicant must present a detailed explanation of the class they wish to take and the benefits to them of the class, in their own words. Please include a separate sheet with this explanation. Applicants must submit a letter of reference from an instructor, academic administrator or mentor. Student Certification Scholarships deadline is rolling.
