The Heather Anne Steen Scholarship is awarded to a collegian member of the Fraternity who maintains a permanent address in the state of Arkansas and is pursuing an undergraduate degree during the designated academic year. If no eligible applicant meets this primary criterion, the scholarship may be awarded to a collegian member of either Delta Zeta Chapter at Emory University or Gamma Delta Chapter at the University of Georgia. If neither condition is met, the award will be granted to any collegian member of the Fraternity pursuing undergraduate study. In the event that Delta Zeta or Gamma Delta is disestablished, the scholarship will continue to follow the stated preference order unless and until those chapters are reestablished. To be eligible for Theta Foundation scholarships, you must be a college or alumna member of Kappa Alpha Theta in good standing with the Fraternity.
