The Richard W. Collins III Leadership with Honor Scholarship is available to students enrolled full-time at one of Maryland's three historically black colleges and universities (HBCUs) - Bowie State University, Morgan State University, and Coppin State University. Students may apply early by May 15, 2025, for best consideration. Scholarship amounts vary based on the applicant's financial need, which is determined by the FAFSA.
