The Ray and Mary Bell Scholarship will be awarded to graduating seniors at Fallbrook High School. Applicants must plan to enroll at an accredited community college or four-year university in the United States in fall. They must have a commitment to serving their community through their involvement in community service, church or extra-curricular activities.
