1st Financial Bank USA wants to celebrate those who recognize the importance of pursuing educational and financial goals with the 1st Financial Bank USA Financial Goals Scholarship.
The Douglas Warne - Rolf and Wenche Eng Scholarship creates an opportunity for qualified applicants to attend educational institutions in Norway. The college credit needed is one full year. Applicants must be current American or Canadian Sons of Norway members or their children or grandchildren with membership in effect for at least one year prior to application. If applying under a parent or grandparent, must be under the age of 26. Those students without family members in Sons of Norway may select an advocate or representative to sponsor their application. This scholarship will be awarded for one year. Two letters of recommendation must be submitted. Letters should testify to the applicant's good character, educational interests, and/or job related skills. If the applicant or the applicant's parent or grandparent is not a Sons of Norway member, then one of the letters should be from a sponsor in Sons of Norway.
