The Marc Decker Memorial Scholarship is for students that have participated in formal tennis activities within the Foundation's 21-town service area. The Connecticut Community Foundation Regional Scholarship is available for all residents of the Foundation's 21-town service area. Unless otherwise noted, this scholarship is for students with a B- (2.7) minimum cumulative GPA and are available to first-time, current, and returning college students. This scholarship may be renewable. First-time applicants must have a FAFSA Student Aid Index (SAI) below $40,000. Applicants must submit a letter of recommendation from a teacher, employer, clergy member, guidance counselor, or other community member who they think can best speak to their character, achievements, and potential. Recommendations from relatives or friends are not admissible. There is a different application link for students applying for the first-time and students applying to renew their scholarship. Scholarship renewal applications are due by January 15, 2026. First-time applications are due by February 17, 2026.
