The Mildred I. Martignone Nurse Scholarship is open to residents of District 7, Oregon Nurses Association, in Umatilla County. Eligible cities include Adams, Athena, Cayuse, Dale, Gibbon, Helix, Meacham, Milton-Freewater, Pendleton, Pilot Rock, Rieth, Sunnyside, Ukiah, Umapine, and Weston. Applicants must be majoring in nursing and entering the final year (last three quarters) of an accredited program. Financial need will be considered and a FAFSA or other approved financial need filing is required. February 15 is the early bird deadline and March 1 is the final deadline for all applications and materials to be submitted to OSAC.
