The Mildred I. Martignone Nurse Scholarship will be awarded to residents of District 7, Oregon Nurses Association, Umatilla County (cities of Adams, Athena, Cayuse, Dale, Gibbon, Helix, Meacham, Milton-Freewater, Pendleton, Pilot Rock, Rieth, Sunnyside, Ukiah, Umapine, Weston). Applicants must be entering the final year (last three quarters) of an accredited program.
