The Tom Norton Sr. Memorial Scholarship will be awarded to graduating seniors of Madras High School. Applicants must show participation in high school sports on their Activities Chart (this includes intramural sports). Students may attend any Title IV eligible college or university in the United States. They may apply and compete annually. This scholarship may be received for a maximum of 4 academic years, provided that the students reapply and are selected. February 15 is the Early Bird deadline and March 1 is the final deadline for all materials to be submitted to OSAC.
