The Tom Norton Sr. Memorial Scholarship is available to graduating seniors of Madras High School. Applicants must show participation in high school sports, including intramural sports, on their Activities Chart. Students must be enrolled at least half-time (6 credits) in an undergraduate program and may attend any Title IV eligible college or university in the United States. February 15 is the early bird deadline and March 1 is the final deadline for all applications and materials to be submitted to OSAC.
