The Peter & Debra Higgins Memorial Scholarship for Hood River Valley High School will be awarded to graduates of Hood River Valley High School. Students may attend any Title IV eligible college, university, or trade school in Oregon. Preference will be given to those who will attend Eastern Oregon University. Financial need is not a requirement, but it may be considered. FAFSA/ORSAA filing is required. The scholarship may be automatically renewed with completion of the annual renewal application. The scholarship may be received for a maximum of four years. February 15 is the Early Bird deadline and March 1 is the final deadline for all materials to be submitted to OSAC.
