The Fletcher Memorial Scholarship is for graduating seniors of Grant High School in Portland. Students may attend any Title IV eligible college or university in the United States. Financial need is considered, but filing a FAFSA or ORSAA is not required. February 15 is the early bird deadline and March 1 is the final deadline for all applications and materials to be submitted to OSAC.
