The Roger W. Emmons Memorial Scholarship is for children or grandchildren of owners or employees who have been employed for three or more years and are regular members of the Oregon Refuse and Recycling Association. Oregon residency is not required to apply. Filing a FAFSA or ORSAA is not required, as the scholarship is not based on financial need. February 15 is the early bird deadline and March 1 is the final deadline for all applications and materials to be submitted to OSAC.
