The Roger W. Emmons Memorial - CTE Scholarship will be awarded to children or grandchildren of owners or employees, employed for more than three years, who are regular members of the Oregon Refuse and Recycling Association. Oregon residency is not required. Students must only major in career and technical education only (i.e. welding, diesel technology, mechanic, CDL). This scholarship is automatically renewable for one additional year if renewal criteria are met.
