The Emerald Empire Federal CU Scholarship is available to people who live, worship, work, or attend school in Lane County, Oregon. It is also open to businesses and legal entities in the area. Members of the Emerald Empire Federal Credit Union as of September 16, 2024, are eligible. Other eligible applicants include spouses of members who passed away, employees of the credit union, community volunteers, and their immediate family or household members. To apply, students need a GPA of 2.50 or higher, or a GED score of 650 or more. Filing a FAFSA or ORSAA is required. Financial need is not required but may be considered. February 15 is the early bird deadline and March 1 is the final deadline for all applications and materials to be submitted to OSAC.
