The Luther Ellison Scholarship is available to graduating seniors of Roseburg High School who have achieved a minimum GPA of 3.50 and plan to enroll at least half time at a public or nonprofit postsecondary institution. Financial need is a consideration, and FAFSA or ORSAA filing is required. Non-Oregon residents who do not list an Oregon institution on their FAFSA must upload Pages 1 and 2 of their FAFSA Submission Summary to be considered. Prior recipients may apply and compete annually. February 15 is the early bird deadline and March 1 is the final deadline for all applications and materials to be submitted to OSAC.
