The Ross Dey Memorial Scholarship is a one-time award available to graduating seniors of Benson High School who demonstrate financial need. Eligible applicants must enroll full-time at any public or private nonprofit Title IV postsecondary institution in the United States. FAFSA or ORSAA filing is required for consideration. Non-Oregon residents who do not list an Oregon institution on their FAFSA must upload Pages 1 and 2 of their FAFSA Submission Summary to ensure eligibility. February 15 is the early bird deadline and March 1 is the final deadline for all applications and materials to be submitted to OSAC.
