Eligible applicants include graduating high school seniors, prior high school graduates (including GED recipients and home-schooled students), and college undergraduates attending or planning to attend community college or transfer to a four-year institution. Financial need is considered, and FAFSA filing is recommended, though not required. There is no GPA requirement, and recipients may apply for one additional year of funding. February 15 is the early bird deadline and March 1 is the final deadline for all applications and materials to be submitted to OSAC. Please visit the scholarship's website or contact the Oregon Office of Student Access and Completion for more information.
