The Carl and Dorothy E. Crow Scholarship is a one-time award available to graduating seniors from Portland School District 1J high schools who demonstrate financial need. Applicants must file the FAFSA and plan to enroll full-time at either Oregon State University or the University of Oregon. This scholarship is intended to support students pursuing higher education at these two institutions. February 15 is the early bird deadline and March 1 is the final deadline for all applications and materials to be submitted to OSAC.
