The Tyler R. Black Humanitarian Scholarship is available to graduating seniors of Grant High School in Portland who are U.S. citizens. Students must be enrolled at least half-time and may attend any Title IV eligible college or university in the United States. February 15 is the early bird deadline and March 1 is the final deadline for all applications and materials to be submitted to OSAC.
