The Kelly-Ebell Scholarship is available to graduating seniors of Baker Senior High School who plan to pursue a major in an agriculture-related field. This scholarship is not based on financial need, so filing the FAFSA is not required. February 15 is the early bird deadline and March 1 is the final deadline for all applications and materials to be submitted to OSAC.
