To honor her late father, attorney Cara Wells Stigger, of Kaufman & Stigger, PLLC, has established the James A. Wells, Sr. Veterans Scholarship for U.S. active duty military personnel, veterans, reservists, and spouses, and children of someone who has served our country. Applicants must be a graduating high school senior or currently enrolled student at a college or university.
