The Amadeu dos Santos and Helen Rose Picado Memorial Scholarship is a non-renewal scholarship; however, applicants may apply each academic year. Applicants must not be a direct descendant of the donor. Applicants must be of Portuguese or Lusophone ancestry. Applicants must also meet one of the following: Speak Portuguese with at least minimal fluency; or Currently taking Portuguese language classes; or Portuguese still spoken at home; or Strong identification with Portuguese or Lusophone heritage.
