The Dorothy Heagy Scholarship is for graduates of Coos County high schools, including GED recipients and home-schooled students. Applicants must have a GPA of 3.00 or higher, with preference given to those maintaining this GPA in high school or college. February 15 is the early bird deadline and March 1 is the final deadline for all applications and materials to be submitted to OSAC.
