The Don and Rosemary Pullin Family Scholarship is for graduates of public high schools in Multnomah or Washington County, or residents of those counties who have earned a GED. Applicants must have a GPA of 3.00 or higher, with preference given to those in the 3.20 to 3.70 range. Additional preference is given to first-generation U.S. citizens and first-generation college students. February 15 is the early bird deadline and March 1 is the final deadline for all applications and materials to be submitted to OSAC.
