The Dawn Lee Jordan Memorial Scholarship will be awarded to graduating seniors of Deschutes or Lane County high schools. Applicants must major in education, writing, journalism, or health-related fields (for example, medicine, nursing, psychology, and counseling or therapy). Preference will be given to applicants whose Activities Charts show participation in band, choir, athletics, student government or clubs, church activities, or work-for-pay. Students may attend any 2- or 4-year, public or private, nonprofit, Title IV postsecondary school in the United States. This scholarship is automatically renewable if renewal criteria are met. February 15 is the Early Bird deadline and March 1 is the final deadline for all materials to be submitted to OSAC.
