The Charles E. Roberts Jr. Scholarship will be awarded to graduating seniors of Wallowa County high schools. Prior recipients may apply-compete annually. Non-Oregon residents must upload Page 1 of their FSS (FAFSA Submission Summary) to be considered for this scholarship. This information is required for financial need consideration.
