The Camilla Rosefield Fraser Scholarship is awarded to graduates of Oregon high schools, including GED recipients and home-schooled students, who are first-generation college attendees pursuing a nursing major. Preference is given to applicants age 26 or older as of the March scholarship deadline. Eligible students must enroll at least half-time at an Oregon public or nonprofit institution and meet minimum GPA requirements: 3.0 for high school graduates and 3.40 for college students. The award is based on financial need, and FAFSA submission is required. Applicants may reapply annually and receive the scholarship for up to four years. February 15 is the early bird deadline and March 1 is the final deadline for all applications and materials to be submitted to OSAC.
