The Arlie Oster Memorial Scholarship is available to graduating seniors of Harney County high schools or prior graduates who are current residents of Harney County. Applicants must demonstrate a record of volunteer service to the community and enroll at least half time in a postsecondary program. Financial need is not considered, and FAFSA filing is not required. The scholarship may be received for a maximum of four years through annual competitive reapplication. February 15 is the early bird deadline and March 1 is the final deadline for all applications and materials to be submitted to OSAC.
