The Anna and Dwight Gunther Memorial Scholarship will be awarded to Harney County residents or graduates, including GED recipients and home-schooled graduates, of Harney County high schools. This scholarship is automatically renewable if renewal criteria are met. February 15 is the Early Bird deadline and March 1 is the final deadline for all materials to be submitted to OSAC.
