The Anna and Dwight Gunther Memorial Scholarship is available to residents of Harney County or graduates, including GED recipients, and home-schooled students of Harney County high schools. Applicants must enroll at least half time and demonstrate financial need, as FAFSA filing is required. The scholarship is automatically renewable if renewal criteria are met. All applicants must submit a 250-word essay describing their work ethic and providing specific examples. February 15 is the early bird deadline and March 1 is the final deadline for all applications and materials to be submitted to OSAC.
