1st Financial Bank USA wants to celebrate those who recognize the importance of pursuing educational and financial goals with the 1st Financial Bank USA Financial Goals Scholarship.
The Baker Professional Women's Initiative Scholarship is available to female graduates of Columbia County high schools, with preference given to applicants from Scappoose and St. Helens High School. Eligible students must attend a four-year, public or private nonprofit Title IV postsecondary institution in the United States. Financial need is considered, and FAFSA filing is required. Non-Oregon residents who do not list an Oregon institution on the FAFSA must upload pages 1 and 2 of their FAFSA Submission Summary for financial need consideration. The scholarship is awarded through an annual competitive process and may be renewed for up to 20 quarters or the equivalent. February 15 is the early bird deadline and March 1 is the final deadline for all applications and materials to be submitted to OSAC.
