The Trail Blazers Legends Scholarship may be awarded to graduates (including GED recipients) of Oregon high schools who have not yet attended college; or current residents of Oregon who are graduates (including GED recipients) of high schools outside Oregon and have not yet attended college. This scholarship is automatically renewable if renewal criteria are met. February 15 is the Early Bird deadline and March 1 is the final deadline for all materials to be submitted to OSAC.
