The Trail Blazers Legends Scholarship is available to graduates of Oregon high schools who have not yet attended college, as well as currently enrolled college students who graduated from high schools outside Oregon but have lived in Oregon for at least one year. Applicants must have a minimum GPA of 2.00 and enroll at least half time (6 credits or more) at any 2- or 4-year, public or private, nonprofit, Title IV postsecondary institution in the United States. Financial need is considered, and FAFSA or ORSAA filing is required. Non-Oregon residents who do not list an Oregon institution on the FAFSA must upload pages 1 and 2 of their FAFSA Submission Summary to be considered. The scholarship is automatically renewable if renewal criteria are met. February 15 is the early bird deadline and March 1 is the final deadline for all applications and materials to be submitted to OSAC.
