1st Financial Bank USA wants to celebrate those who recognize the importance of pursuing educational and financial goals with the 1st Financial Bank USA Financial Goals Scholarship.
The Frank L. TouVelle Scholarship is open to male graduating seniors from Jackson County high schools, with preference given to first-generation college students. Eligible applicants must enroll full-time at a Title IV-eligible postsecondary institution in the United States, including 2- or 4-year accredited vocational/trade, nonprofit or for-profit, or public/private colleges. Financial need is considered, and FAFSA filing is required. Non-Oregon residents who do not list an Oregon institution on the FAFSA must upload pages 1 and 2 of their FAFSA Submission Summary to be considered. Prior recipients may reapply and compete annually. February 15 is the early bird deadline and March 1 is the final deadline for all applications and materials to be submitted to OSAC.
