1st Financial Bank USA wants to celebrate those who recognize the importance of pursuing educational and financial goals with the 1st Financial Bank USA Financial Goals Scholarship.
The Richard E. and Nancy S. Raschke Engineering Scholarship will be awarded to graduating high school seniors, including home-schooled seniors, of Crook, Deschutes, or Jefferson County high schools. High school senior new applicants must have a GPA of 3.70 or higher; college students who are renewal applicants must have a GPA of 3.20 or higher. Applicants must also have a 400 or higher SAT Math score and 1290 or higher SAT 2 scores or ACT composite score of 27 or higher. Students must major in aeronautical, chemical, civil, electrical, or mechanical engineering and enroll in any 4-year, public or private nonprofit, Title IV postsecondary school in the United States. The scholarship is automatically renewable if renewal criteria are met; new awards may be made only if funds are available. February 15 is the Early Bird deadline and March 1 is the final deadline for all materials to be submitted to OSAC.
