The P.E.O. Jean Fish Gibbons Scholarship is available to graduates of high schools in Jackson, Klamath, or Josephine Counties, including GED recipients and home-schooled students. Financial need is a consideration for this scholarship, and filing the FAFSA or ORSAA is required. February 15 is the early bird deadline and March 1 is the final deadline for all applications and materials to be submitted to OSAC.
