The Mike & Betty Morgan Scholarship is open to graduates of Harney County high schools, including GED recipients and home-schooled graduates. Applicants should be pursuing a major in an agriculture-related field. Recipients may attend any Title IV eligible college or university in the United States. FAFSA or ORSAA is not required, as the scholarship is not based on financial need. February 15 is the early bird deadline and March 1 is the final deadline for all applications and materials to be submitted to OSAC.
