1st Financial Bank USA wants to celebrate those who recognize the importance of pursuing educational and financial goals with the 1st Financial Bank USA Financial Goals Scholarship.
The PRCUA Education Scholarship will be awarded with the purpose of providing financial assistance for students to earn undergraduate, graduate or professional degrees. Scholarships will be awarded to students based on the number of applications submitted and are available to all students, even those who are not members of the PRCUA. Applicants must have successfully completed their freshman year of undergraduate studies before the deadline for filing an application. Eligible applicants must be a sophomore, junior, or senior enrolled full-time in undergraduate study or those students enrolled in a graduate or professional degree program. Part-time graduate or professional students are eligible. All applicants must be either citizens of the United States or permanent residents. Students may apply each year. However, students may only receive three PRCUA Education Scholarships total during their lifetime. A letter of recommendation verifying the student's active celebration of Polish heritage signed by a person referring to the student must be submitted. A letter of recommendation verifying the student's active community service signed by a person referring to the student must also be submitted. These letters cannot come from a family member.
