Each year IvyPanda awards creative and talented movie-making students with scholarships. Scholarships are given to two winners: the winner receives a $1,000 scholarship; the runner-up prize is $500. Videos from current high school, college, or university students from any country will be accepted. The winners will be required to send proof of their academic status or enrollment. Applicants must record an original video on one of the following topics: (A) The anxiety of change: tips for transfer students to overcome anxiety. (B) How to prioritize homework assignments: your advice for not getting overwhelmed. (C) Recognizing your achievements: how do you reward yourself for small (or big) victories? The video must contain only copyright-free content and last for 1-1:30 minutes. The videos must be uploaded to either Dropbox or Google Drive. No video should be set to public access before the Contest. Applicants must subscribe to IvyPanda's first and second YouTube channels; like and share the Contest video-description on Twitter, Facebook or Instagram. They must send IvyPanda an email with the direct link to the uploaded video; screenshots of the applicant's subscriptions to IvyPanda's YouTube channels; the screenshot of the Contest video-description shared on social media; and the thumbnail chosen by the applicant but this is optional. Please visit the scholarship's website for more information.
